Delivery and Returns

Free standard delivery is available on most items to all UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK Islands and Isle of Wight).

Delivery to any other destination will be charged by the weight of the item selected. 

Delivery is 3-5 working days, excluding bank holidays.

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase at all times, as our aim is to provide you with good quality products that you love, at great prices. 

We hope that you will never need to return an item back to us, however we understand that sometimes sizing or styles might not be quite right for your little bundle of joy.

If you need to return any item, we will offer an exchange or a full refund, excluding return costs. 

Once received, returned items are processed within 10 working days.

The only thing we ask is to please make sure all items are returned to us in a perfect saleable condition, with tags attached, with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. 

For your own peace of mind, please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package. 

Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.
